Privacy at GIE
Personal information deserves clear boundaries.
This notice explains the public website baseline. Product deployments require their own approved notices, agreements, retention rules, and clinical or programme governance.
Information submitted through this website
When you complete an interest form, GIE receives the contact and organisation details you provide, the subject of your enquiry, and basic request information used for security and audit purposes.
How the information is used
GIE uses public enquiry information to respond, assess fit, plan a possible pilot or partnership, protect the service from abuse, and maintain an accountable record of follow-up.
Health and programme records
The public website is not a place to submit medical records or sensitive participant data. Protected product environments use authenticated access and role boundaries. Each real deployment must define lawful purpose, consent or other legal basis, retention, sharing, incident response, and data-subject rights before live data is collected.
Sharing and retention
GIE does not publish enquiry details. Information may be available to authorised staff and service providers supporting the platform, subject to appropriate controls. It should be retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, an active relationship, legal obligations, or security records.
Your choices
You may ask GIE to confirm, correct, or delete public enquiry information, subject to legal and security obligations. Email gadongsie2015@gmail.com with enough context to locate the enquiry safely.
